Support Staff & Community Partners
Dear Wallace Families,
We'd like to take a moment to make you aware of the many support staff and community partners we have at Wallace Middle School who are here to help your child. They include School Counselors, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Counselors, Behavior Technicians, Prevention Specialists, Social Workers, and our School Psychologist. While each role is a bit different, we are all here to assist and support our Wallace students through middle school. While in school, students can request to see a School Counselor or some of our other support staff as needed. However, sometimes students may need a little more support than what we offer and we would like to share those options with you.
There are many mental health services and programs offered in our community, a few of which are offered right here in our building. If you feel your student is in need of additional support outside of school, you can explore the options in the links below:
- Individual therapy offered at Wallace Middle School
CHC School Based Health Center
- Individual therapy offered at Wallace Middle School
- Students must be registered to utilize any of the medical, dental or mental health services available.
Community Mental Health Affiliates (CMHA)
Wellmore Urgent Crisis Center for Youth - Available 24/7
Dial 211 Available 24/7 for any youth in crisis
As always if you have any questions or want to discuss any of the options further, please reach out to your grade level School Counselor.
We value our students and their mental health and are happy to partner with families to get students the support that is needed.
Thank you
